Director, CQI & Research - Nexus
Becky Schedin, MA, is an experienced evaluation and research professional with a background in human services and public health. She joined Nexus in 2013
as the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement and Research, supporting various sites and personnel providing services to youth and families across five
states and a continuum of services including residential treatment, education, foster care, and counseling. Prior to this, she worked at Northwestern
University where she provided support to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) in such areas as outcomes management, assessment, and performance-based benchmarking. Becky has extensive experience in program evaluation, child welfare and mental health systems and policy, direct service, planning, and
research. She is passionate about supporting teams and individuals in understanding and using data to inform decision-making at all levels. Becky holds a
Masters’ in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in Health Services Policy from Northwestern University as well as BA’s in Psychology and
Sociology from DePaul University.
