JOB DESCRIPTION:
Kindred Family Focus has an exciting opportunity for a full-time school-based Mental Health Practitioner II in the Minneapolis – St. Paul area. This position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to youth and families in their school and/or home or our office. These services include crisis intervention, therapy, skill building, case coordination, advocacy, team meetings, reviews and referral services. The goal is to prevent unnecessary out of home placements of youth or to facilitate the earliest possible reunification when placement is necessary. QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a masters or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on licensure track.
