If so, we are looking for a Mental Health Quality Assurance Analyst to become part of our team of dedicated individuals. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assuring all programs remain in compliance with agency clinical practice and documentation standards, adherence to all State and Federal regulatory and Joint Commission Accreditation requirements. The Quality Assurance Analyst also provides technical assistance and training for staff regarding compliance and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in education, social work, psychology, sociology or registered nurse (baccalaureate); three years broad experience in quality assurance, quality improvement and/or utilization management and three years' experience in a mental health setting with youth and families. Additionally, a working knowledge of current Oregon Administrative rules and CPHQ certification is preferred.
