The organization
Mercy Home for Boys and Girls is a non-profit residential facility in Chicago, IL. Our agency works to transform the lives of the young people in our care by providing a nurturing home, healing for families, and the means for growth.

The position
We are currently hiring for a Program Manager position at our Hay Boys Campus! Quille home, located on our Hay Boys Campus is an independent living program for the youth we serve. The young men and women of Quille Home are typically around the ages of 18-24 years old. The Quille Home Program Manager supervises the home, helps the youth create their goals, and also supports them in implementing and meeting those goals. The Quille Home Program Manager works to provide any tools the youth may need to soon live independently and build successful futures. To ensure that we are offering the youth that we serve the best treatment and support that we can, our co-workers have many opportunities for professional development, such as on-site and off-site trainings facilitated by nationally recognized instructors and weekly one-on-one supervisions. The schedule
Monday-Friday with a minimum of 2 nights per week, until at least 9pm. On call 24 hours/day 7days/week
