Marginalized Youth: Using a New Tool to Identify Sources of Systemic Racism in the Child Welfare System

In order to promote racial equity, Pressley Ridge developed a “tracer” tool to assist in uncovering systemic bias within the child welfare system. We will share results of a pilot study using the tracer and discuss potential next steps.
