Working with All Boys?  Perceptions of Stress and Joy for Staff who Identify as Female on Working with Male Residents

The purpose of this presentation is to explore the perspectives of staff who identify as female who work with all-male residential populations.  Interviews explore staff experiences and provide recommendations for supervisors and managers to improve working conditions.
