Kerry Ann Goldsmith, LMHC, joined Devereux Massachusetts as Assistant Executive Director in 2008. With a wealth of administrative and clinical experience, Ms. Goldsmith has guided Devereux through significant program development and expansion of services to include specialized residential programs, group homes, therapeutic day school, and community based services. Most recently, Ms. Goldsmith coordinated Devereux’s response to the state’s Request for Proposals that resulted in the agency being awarded contracts for six new group homes. She has a passion for and commitment to the Building Bridges Initiatives’ values and principles by promoting practices that lead to sustained positive outcomes for youth and families. She holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a minor in Business from Worcester State University. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Association of Children’s Residential Centers and serves as co-chair to the Program Committee. She serves on the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce Board and on several maaps (Massachusetts Association for Approved Private School) committees, including Government Affairs, Outcome Study, and the Executive Professional Development Group. She additionally is a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council Member.
