Position Function:
Coordinate curriculum-based skills services and crisis calls, referrals, skill-based sessions, and counseling to ensure Real Help for Real Life (RHRL) program participants receive timely, competent, and caring responses from the first call to discharge. Provide ongoing supervision to direct reports ensuring that the agency philosophy and practices are implemented throughout service delivery. Represent ACH in the community.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Licensed as one of the following preferred: Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor or Intern (LPC or LPC-I), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate (LMFT or LMFT-A), Licensed Psychological Associate, or Psychologist.
Experience: Two years of experience providing crisis intervention, intake, and assessment to at-risk youth and families required. One year of supervisory experience required. Previous training and experience delivering curriculum-based interventions preferred. Training in trauma-informed care and curriculum-based trauma interventions preferred.
Functional Requirements:
Provide oversight of curriculum-based techniques and methods with the goal of increasing the skill level of Counselors, Family Support Specialists, Resource Navigators, and Child and Family Services Interns. Oversee administrative aspects to ensure productivity and accountability for RHRL Program contract requirements, ACH training, documentation, and service delivery requirements. Provide direct reports with supervision through staffing and case reviews to ensure effectiveness, evidence-based practice fidelity, and services that are sensitive to the population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. Follow ACH policies and procedures and represent the agency in the community to generate referral activity, stakeholder support, and collaboration opportunities with service providers.

Maintain confidentiality and follow ACH policies and procedures and contractual and regulatory requirements related to personnel and client records.
Key Expectations/Responsibilities:
Clinical Supervision:
- Provide supervision to assigned staff and interns.
- Meet bi-weekly, or as needed, with supervisees to monitor clinical caseloads, establish schedules, assign cases, and ensure timely, competent, and caring service delivery.
- Assess whether curriculum-based intervention resources need to be adjusted within the service area to meet community needs and demand.
- Provide case consultation and coaching to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and program standards.
Administrative Supervision:
- Ensure supervisees achieve the conduct and performance goals of ACH and the RHRL Program.
- Ensure supervisees document services in a timely manner and achieve required performance outputs and outcomes.
- Ensure supervisees comply with all personnel policies and agency procedures.
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with staff supervision, including annual performance reviews, bi-weekly timesheets, and reimbursement approvals.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with supervisor regarding program operations and staff performance.
Training:
- Participate in and occasionally conduct in-service training.
- Participate in training related to evidence-based programs, ACH policies, and RHRL contractual and accreditation requirements.
- Support staff development and promote ongoing learning opportunities.
Service Delivery:
- May provide curriculum-based sessions on a limited basis as needed.
- Organize and deliver presentations as assigned.
- Provide on-call support for Safe Place® services as needed.
- Maintain the on-call phone during assigned shifts, responding to calls and coordinating services to address caller needs.
- Support service delivery efforts to ensure quality outcomes and compliance with program requirements.
Reporting:
- Complete all documentation necessary to fulfill RHRL contractual and agency requirements, including reports, billing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor service outcomes and support reporting requirements related to contracts and funding sources.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with agency standards.
