The Clinical Therapist Supervisor supervises outpatient therapy services by reviewing treatment plans for appropriateness and alignment with state licensing, medical assistance (MA), and Rawhide policies; evaluating program effectiveness; implementing program improvements; providing therapeutic services and clinical consultation; generating and expanding client and community events referral base through marketing.

Essential Job Functions for Clinical Therapist Supervisor:

  • Oversee the outpatient therapy treatment plans for proper alignment with state licensing and in house requirements
  • Provides therapeutic services and clinical consultation with residents
  • Maintain clinical record keeping and insurance paperwork
  • Provides clinical supervision to staff and Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Experience/Education for Clinical Therapist Supervisor:

  • Fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • Clinical supervisory experience
  • Experience in trauma based treatment
  • Strong leadership skills
