Stevens Treatment Programs is currently seeking a full-time, licensed, Master’s Level Clinician to join our clinical team.

Located in the Historic District of Swansea, Massachusetts for 80 years, Stevens provides comprehensive services to adolescent boys who require the safety and consistency of our residential treatment program. Stevens empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment.

The clinician hired will provide trauma-informed individual, group, and family therapy as well as case management for boys with trauma histories, emotional challenges, and behavioral problems that include fire setting and problem sexual behaviors. (Schedule requires some evening hours.)

Payrate:

Starting salary for a Clinician at Stevens is $54,000 to $56,000 annually for Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC (depending on relevant exp); $50,000 to $52,000 for Massachusetts LCSW. Salary negotiable for those eligible to take the LCSW exam (recent MSW graduates encouraged to apply). Fluent bi-lingual English/Spanish-speaking clinicians receive an additional $2000 annually.

  • Preferred: Experience working with adolescents with trauma histories and/or those who have issues of sexual behavior problems and/or behaviors with fire.    Minimum requirement: The desire to work with this population, and some experience working with adolescents (can be at the internship level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification (training provided by Stevens).
