Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation: $4,709-$6,861 monthly DOE + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

About this position:
The Program Manager will oversee the day to day functions of New Beginnings, a psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTS) for at-risk youth/young adults. Provide Case Management for all the youth within the program. Provide clinical oversight and fulfill Therapist duties as needed. Serve as a community liaison between the program/agency and community partners.

Successful candidates will have:
Master’s degree in education, social work, psychology, sociology or Registered Nurse (Baccalaureate). Three years broad level personnel management responsibilities. Ability to manage system of care for multiple service delivery mechanism. Three years’ experience in psychiatric or group care settings with youth and families and demonstrated supervisory abilities.

Preferred LPC and/or LMFT license and/or receive within 2 years. Supervisory experience preferred.
