The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adolescents with complex mental and behavioral health conditions. The therapist is responsible for completion of a comprehensive assessment and diagnostic interview at admission and case management and discharge planning as the youth progresses through the program. The therapist will also be trained to participate in the admissions process which requires outreach and coordination of referrals to the Eau Claire Academy.
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Scheduling may require some flexibility in order to support youth and program needs. Rate of pay is based on experience and competitive.
Minimum Requirements of Employer:
Education/Professional Licenses: Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field or Ph.D./Psy.D. in psychology. Licensed as a mental health treatment provider in Wisconsin is preferred but not required. Related field and professional experience working with adolescents desired.
