Responsibilities: Case management of assigned caseload, to develop and implement the master treatment plan for each resident, including provisions for aftercare. Provide individual, family, and group therapy as assigned. Works in conjunction with the residential team to coordinate case management and treatment success of the resident. Prepares documentation, including progress reports of all sessions and other correspondence. Provides updates of progress for the consulting psychiatrist and reviews cases continuously to address treatment issues.
Requirements: A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field with provisional license eligibility for Wyoming L.P.C., L.M.F.T, or L.S.W. within 60 days and full licensure within 18 months of hiring date. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Previous clinical experience with children and families, trauma focused treatment, cognitive behavioral treatment or other specialized modalities a plus.
