Laura Palareti is an Associate Professor at the University of Bologna, where she directs the CESAF Research Centre on Education and Social Work in Contexts of Psychosocial Distress. Over the past twenty years, her teaching and research have focused on the evaluation and implementation of residential programmes for different target groups. Laura is also a member of the International Work Group on Therapeutic Residential Care, the International Association for Outcome-Based Evaluation and Research on Family and Children’s Services (IAOBERfcs) and the ACRC International Research Sub-Committee
