Johnny Rylatt is the Executive Manager of Our Way Home at Parkerville Children and Youth Care in Western Australia. He leads the development and implementation of innovative out-of-home care models that centre children’s voices, relationships, and cultural identity. Johnny played a key role in the co-design of the Our Way Home model alongside children, families, and community stakeholders. He is a Board Member of the Child and Family Alliance of Western Australia (CAFAWA) and a member of the National Therapeutic Residential Care Alliance (NTRCA). His work focuses on restorative, child-centred practice and system reform, improving outcomes for children through relational, evidence-informed approaches.
