Valerie Tulloch is Director of Children’s Homes Quality. A qualified social worker, Valerie holds a BA in Applied Sociology and an MA in Childcare Policy, Practice and Research. Valerie was involved in the development of the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and led the Department for Education’s national rollout of these to children’s homes across England.
