DESCRIPTION | Federal Contract Requirements: Provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination. Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident.
JOB PURPOSE: The IME Task Force Senior Leader monitors, manages, and supervises the various sections related to continuous and seamless operation within and between the Medical Intake Process and the various steps included in the Initial Medical Exam (IME). The Task Force Senior Leader performs daily huddles with the team to ensure all medical ORR, governmental, company, and PCC requirements are met on a daily basis. The Task Force Senior Leader will perform inventories of equipment/supplies, inspections, surveys, and investigations to identify and mitigate conditions which would result in errors and inconsistencies within those departments. This position ensures that corrective actions are taken to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations and contractual obligations. Responsible for responding to all questions or complaints regarding to Intake and IME at the Pecos Children’s Center. |

OTHER: Operational needs may require occasional evenings or weekend supervision. Able and willing to travel 25% of annual time. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Orientation: 5 hours On the Job: 6 months to one year
MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, WORK AIDS: Multi-line telephone, computer, ten key calculator, printers, copiers, faxes.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Constant – Ability to communicate with veterans, their family members, staff and community/support services personnel to determine needs and actions to be taken. Frequent – Ability to input data into computer, make calculations, complete paperwork, produce reports. Occasional – Ability to lift, stack, load and move up to 25 pounds from varied heights. Occasional – Ability to drive safely and recognize hazards.
