Assessing and addressing Interpersonal Games that interfere with Clinical Supervision

This presentation describes an in-depth clinical supervision field study of 66 Therapeutic Residential Care clinicians. Four distinct interpersonal games that interfere with productive clinical supervision are discussed and a matrix for discerning most effective supervisory interventions is presented.
