Continuum of Individualized Care

Youth with unmet complex care needs are best served in highly individualized, enhanced care programs designed to prevent hospitalization, incarceration, or out-of-state placement. This workshop will provide an overview and lessons learned from Seneca Family of Agencies in developing both family-based and 24/7 staffed models for the highest needs youth.
