This presentation will discuss the benefits of creating a continuum of care within the agency and the complications that arise from doing so. We will use examples of expanding programming to better serve youth in our care and youth in our community, illustrating the ups and downs of this kind of effort, including innovative organizational operations and partnering with communities.
