We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Therapist as we expand our outpatient clinic in Fargo, ND

What you will do: You have a passion for and experience in providing care for children and adolescents grades K-12, with complex mental and behavioral health issues including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression, autism, bipolar disorder, and trauma. You are a dedicated team member who is devoted to promoting the needs of youth and families and advocating for resources to ensure success is achieved.

Purpose

We walk alongside our clients during their mental health journeys, and we advocate for our clients by connecting them with resources they need to accomplish their mental health goals

  • Provide evidence-based services to help clients meet their treatment goals.
  • Conduct therapy, groups, and family therapy when clinically indicated.
  • Provide client diagnosis as appropriate, utilizing the DSM-V, seeking consultation with psychology or psychiatry providers as individuated for coordination of care.

Our team provides fully present care to our clients that meets their individual needs. We provide honest and open communication and focus on our client’s best interests.

  • Assure, through communication and documentation of services, care and treatment to those served are coordinated to maintain a continuous integration of services.
  • Advocate for the youth and family through attendance at permanency planning meetings, Core Teams, Clinical Team meetings, Care Conference reviews, IEP meetings, etc.

Learning

We provide high-quality education and resources for those who suffer from mental illness, or care for those who do.

  • Modifies treatment approach depending on the response of the client to ensure therapeutic services that will best benefit the client.
  • Assure continuous integration of services through effective and timely communication and documentation of services with persons involved in client’s care.

Minimum qualifications/education:

  • Must be licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota, or be able to obtain licensure in North Dakota.
  • Masters or doctorate degree required.
  • Must have an insurable driving record to be able to drive agency vehicles.
