As a Youth Residential Nurse, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho as part of direct care team.  This team will be advancing leading practices in trauma-informed, youth-guided and family-driven behavioral health practices.

Must haves:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Idaho
  • Must have valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment
  • Knowledge of computer and EHR systems

Preferred:

  • One year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Our Registered Nurses:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring visits
  • Conduct nursing and health assessments upon admission and on a weekly basis for each youth
  • Oversee and execute medication administration, including observation of psychiatry protocols
  • Triage of emergency or urgent situations; administer emergency or first aid care; triage clients to determine the appropriate level of care necessary for the health and safety of the clients
