|DESCRIPTION||*** Must be willing to relocate to work full-time in Eagle Lake, TX. Sign-on bonus offered ($500 after 30 days of continuous employment and $500 after 6 months of continuous employment)***

JOB PURPOSE: The Youth Care Worker (YCW) at the Eagle Lake Children’s Center is responsible for providing direct care supervision for all children residing in the center. The YCW will ensure that the Daily Schedule is followed and children are supervised at all times.
|POSITION REQUIREMENTS||ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
LICENSES: Clear driving record.
WORK LOCATION: Eagle Lake Children’s Center in-person.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel in case of an emergency evacuation and as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs.
