Wisconsin Department of Children and Families Licensing Team and provider agencies are collaborating to apply safety culture to system improvement through safety organizing, psychological safety and systems thinking. We will share lessons learned, field-tested safety organizing strategies and a tool to support systems learning and improvement after serious incidents.
