Jordan Constantine is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Center for Innovation in Population Health at the University of Kentucky and co-founder of Affinità Consulting. His work focuses on actualizing individual, team, and system change to drive quality improvement in child welfare organizations. He co-created and supports implementation of the AWAKEN framework, an individual and team-based practice for conscious decision making. Jordan has expertise in applying and integrating safety science in workforce and organizational development to improve outcomes and build safety culture.

Jordan has over 20 years’ experience in direct practice, workforce development and system improvement in child welfare and human services in the United Kingdom and the United States. He is a founding board member of inclusion Tennessee and committed advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and is grateful for the perspective his lived experience of our systems has offered him.

He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom and a Post-Qualifying Diploma in Child Welfare from Chichester University, United Kingdom. When he’s not working you’ll find Jordan outside with his canine best friend or planning travel adventures with his family.
