Sally is a dedicated and passionate trainer and Practice Coach who has been working in the out-of-home care field for over 12 years. Sally has a diverse background working across the disability sector and intensive therapeutic care settings in different managerial positions before working as a Learning and Development Coordinator. Sally holds qualifications of Bachelor of Human Services, Community Services, Training and Assessment and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Sally has been working as a Practice Coach for the past two years, her role is to support all operations leadership teams by creating consistent learning opportunities for staff to develop their practice skills. The role is key in supporting staff to translate knowledge to practice creating positive outcomes. Throughout her years of service, Sally has always had a commitment and deep passion for ensuring strength based and family driven outcomes for children, young people, participants, and families are of the highest priority.
