Marty Huitt has been the Director of the Behavior Intervention Support Team (BIST) for 20 years. Marty started her career as an educator in a residential facility in Kansas City, MO. She started as a BIST (Behavior Intervention Support Team) Consultant in 1997. Marty presently leads a team of 25 BIST Consultants.
