This poster examines the impact of one best permanency practice, youth-guided teaming, on outcomes for residential clients (N=80) over four years at The Home for Little Wanderers. Results suggest that permanency improves over time and there is evidence that youth-guided, family-driven teaming is associated with improved permanency outcomes.
