Leading Through Change: The Skills You’ll Need for Transforming Your Organization

There is more demand than ever to provide evidence that our services are “working” for the children and families we serve, which creates pressure to implement evidence-based practices across the children’s continuum of care. To provide the right care, in the right place, and at the right time, we need leaders who can transform their organizations, leading their staff in adopting a common language and common purpose to serve children and families in evidence-based, trauma-sensitive care. Organizations hold their leaders accountable for change, and ACRC has the opportunity to provide leaders with information to guide them in developing the skills they need to promote organization-wide change.
