Family Assessment of Needs and Strength (FANS) – Family Peer Support
The Family Assessment of Needs and Strengths – Family Peer Support Version (FANS-FPS) is the family peer support version of the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) family of planning and outcome management tools. The purpose of the FANS is to support effective interventions when the focus of those efforts is on entire families rather than single individuals.
