Description: Reshaping hiring, training, supervision/mentoring, and job performance practices to promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, strength-based, family-driven, and youth-guided, and non-coercive program practices and staff skills.

ACRC members have asked for more information to support them in their efforts to prevent/reduce the use of coercive practices, including restraints, so ACRC is offering this 7-session training series providing overviews of and practice applications for each of the evidence-based Six Core Strategies©.
