Stacy Kelsey is the Founder and Program Director of The Mind Development Center, an educational program for children with disabilities/developmental delays, and children impacted by trauma. She has a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Relations from East Carolina University and a master’s degree in Teaching Special Education from Webster University. Stacy is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. The Mind Development Center is a neurocognitive-developmental program focusing on a mindful engagement approach to self-regulation and emotional regulation. Her unique program is being sought after by public school districts as an alternative approach to educating challenging students.
