Daisy Delgado is the Director of Residential Treatment Programs for Sycamores Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) for youth and non-minor dependents in Southern California. Daisy has effectively presided over the implementation of trauma informed care principles in residential settings. As a Trauma Stress Institute certified trainer in Risking Connections, Daisy has not only been responsible for coaching staff and leadership but also leading an overall shift in organizational best practices toward client care, supervision, and crisis intervention.
