As we all adapt to coming out of the COVID Pandemic, and are often operating with limited resources it has become more difficult for leaders and supervisors to reach the true level of excellence they would like. This highly interactive and provocative workshop will open discussion and present strategies to go beyond “just good enough” and push ourselves and our programs to excellence.  The training will be delivered in the trainers unique conversational, “coaching style” of training (high emphasis on critical thinking and collaborative learning).

Frank Delano is the President of Professional Package Consulting and is a member of the Board of the Association of Child and Youth Care Practice. He previously worked 37 years in a large social service agency, was an Adjunct Faculty  at the Fordham University MSW program for 20 years and has presented at numerous agencies, and national and international conferences in 9 different countries.
