Empowering Careers, Enriching Lives will see Allambi Care’s Learning and Development Manager Ben Jones share key learnings and tangible supports and strategies used to transform over 700 Allambi Care Staff to achieve nationally recognised Human Services qualifications through meaningful partnerships with higher educational tertiary education institutions and universities throughout Australia.

The presentation will focus on staff supports, career pathways and organisational structures that have resulted in Allambi Care winning national awards in program design and innovation as well as industry collaboration.

Allambi Care recognise the value of investing in their people, and the long-term impact of lifting the qualification and skills of staff is immeasurable.  It is this Professional Development Pathway that places Allambi as a leader in the sector for training innovation and excellence by providing a completely work-integrated program offered to Allambi employees and now to the wider sector.
