Enhancing Developmental Relationships within Therapeutic Campus Based and Community Group Care Programs

The collective experiences of children who have relational deficits are enriched through multiple, authentic staff/child interactions. In this interactive session we propose that the “active ingredients” of Connection, Reciprocity, Opportunities to Grow and Inclusion have a positive and enduring impact on relationally resistant children and youth.
