Increasing Adherence to Improve Treatment Outcomes

This presentation will explore the pros and cons of implementing an evidenced based treatment model within a 150-year-old organization. How staff were able to effectively learn one language to improve treatment outcomes with high staff turnover and limited training resources will be identified. The effectiveness of a consultation team to increase adherence and decrease staff’s burnout and ineffectiveness will also be examined. This interactive presentation will explore if adherence is attainable or is it merely an ideal that increases feelings of ineffectiveness.
