Trauma Informed Practice: Youth Voice in Transition and Discharge Planning

This presentation provides an overview of trauma-informed practice for including youth voice in transition and discharge planning in a trauma-responsive manner in a residential treatment setting. Recommendations are given for best ways to plan in a trauma-responsive manner and include youth voice in the transition and discharge planning process.
