Utilizing Individual Support Plans to Assist Children in the Milieu, at Home and in the Community

Individual support plans (ISP) are tools that assist the system in supporting the whole child. We will explore how to utilize proactive information as well as different supervision guidelines to determine the level of supervision for clients. Presenters will also give a background in how to create and implement all protocols.
