Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lens in Trauma-Informed Care Drives Organizational Change

Sharing some best practices and lessons learned, this presentation provides an overview of how one agency used The Sanctuary Model®, an evidence-supported, trauma-informed organizational change model, to begin its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work with staff as a facilitator of improved service delivery for clients from culturally marginalized communities.
