How Measuring Post-Discharge Outcomes Can Improve Program Quality

Since January 2020, St. Mary’s has collected outcomes data for former residential clients at 6, 9, and 12 months’ post discharge. In this presentation, we will outline a practical plan for starting an outcomes research project; share some findings from the data we have collected, and identify the program improvements we have made as a result of the project.
