The Intersection of Vicarious Trauma and Social Justice

We must create workplaces in which all staff feel safe and connected, which includes acknowledging the differing experiences of our staff of color. This workshop examines how healers of color may approach the work with unique strengths, histories, resources, power, and needs, and offer practical suggestions for combatting vicarious trauma for all.
