The Science and Power of Hope

This presentation provides the opportunity to learn about the Science and Power of Hope and its core tenants of goals, pathways and agency (willpower) thinking. Research evidence suggests that Hope is has a strong relationship with wellbeing for children, youth and families facing trauma and adversity. Participants will leave this event with practical knowledge they can apply to their own lives and knowledge of how Hope impacts individual and collective experiences to help nurture and restore hope.
