Youth Comprehensive Risk Assessment

Cathedral Home for Children is a Joint Commission accredited Behavioral Health Care facility and is located in the rural Rocky Mountain West.  The agency is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization offering a spectrum of supports and services aimed at helping traumatized youth and their families. Services offered include comprehensive intensive in-patient and some out-patient treatment, community prevention programs via two crisis centers, education (fully accredited middle and high school), and a transition/aftercare program. Total full-time staff, including clinicians, teachers, youth workers, and administrators is about 150. Healthy relationships are the foundation of this agency’s philosophy and goals, as they are considered the cornerstones of change (Perry & Albon, 2019).
