Dr. Eric Lavy is a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed postgraduate training at The Ohio State University and the University of Washington. Dr. Lavy will earn an MBA from the University of North Carolina in April 2026. His clinical interests include trauma-related disorders, identity development, and mood disorders in adolescents. Dr. Lavy has expertise in dialectical behavioral therapy for adolescents and psychopharmacology for youth. He has more than 15 years of experience providing evidence-based care to young people and their families. He serves as both Medical Director and Executive Director of the Tamarack Center, a psychiatric residential treatment facility in Spokane, Washington. He has been honored to serve in management roles focused on leading well, building strong teams, and delivering results. Outside of psychiatric residential care, Dr. Lavy enjoys golf and college football. He has a beautiful wife and two amazing children.
