Prior to LaSalle, Jaclyn served as Chief Operating Officer at St. Catherine’s Center for Children, where she helped lead organizational growth, launch innovative programs, and strengthen services across a broad continuum of care. She is also known for her work as a faculty consultant with the Sanctuary Institute, supporting agencies across the country in building trauma-informed cultures and healthier workplace systems. Throughout her career, Jaclyn has been passionate about relational leadership, developing strong teams, and creating environments where both staff and the people they serve can thrive.
Born and raised in Upstate New York, Jaclyn feels most at home in the Adirondacks, especially during summers boating on Lake George with family and friends. Outside of work, much of her life revolves around her family, especially her two children, who keep her busy traveling between soccer fields and competitive cheer events. Whether at work or at home, she values connection, community, humor, and showing up for people in meaningful ways.
