Tenecia Waddell-Pyle is an award-winning transformational leader whose career spans over 25 years in law enforcement, non-profit executive leadership, higher education, and enterprise-wide corporate DEI strategy. She currently serves as Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at MyPath, where she leads culture, workforce, and belonging initiatives across a 100% employee-owned human services organization. Her work bridges innovation, empowerment, service, education, and safety – centering people while strengthening systems. Tenecia is also the Founder and Principal of Hummingbird Interactive, a small boutique consulting and coaching business. Tenecia is a graduate of Indiana University, Indiana University Nonprofit Executive Leadership program, Northwestern University’s Leading Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion program, and an Indiana University master’s degree candidate. Tenecia has served on the ACRC board since 2024 and currently serves as ACRC Equity Committee Chair.
