Connection might be the most important need for all humans. Military service, in particular, can disrupt connection and feelings of comfort for the service member, their partners, and children. Through selected experiential activities the participants will explore ways to increase connection. Military families will be the example, but the tools and techniques shared can be applied to all families, both for during separation and during reintegration.
