How do you measure if your agency is trauma-informed? This presentation reviews the process of program evaluation and measurement in the TIC field. It introduces the Attitudes Related to Trauma Informed Care (ARTIC) one of the first empirically validated measures. The ARTIC is administered on-line and generates multiple reports.
