I am currently the Director of Training and Staff Development at Norris, Inc. Norris is a small, non-profit, social service agency that primarily focuses on Residential care. I’ve worked in the field of Residential Care for the past 13 years. I’ve worked in roles from direct care to administration spending the first seven years of my career working directly in the milieu.
